Tech Support Ticket System
Managed Design uses a technical support request ticketing system to streamline our customers' overall experience. Tech support requests emailed to the helpdesk or called in on the phone are logged into the system, which gives our customers an easy and efficient way to moniter technical support issues.
Once a support ticket is created, customers can log in to the online support portal and open, view, or modify support requests, eliminating the need to sit on hold waiting for a technician to take their information or provide an update. Email alerts keep customers up to date on support progress. Customers can also update their account information, view open and closed tickets, and search support articles.
