Managed Design provides tech support free of charge to our customers. Our support technicians have multiple tools at their disposal to assist with technical requests and inquiries. Phone, email, and online support are always available by contacting the Managed Design helpdesk.
Tech Support Ticket System
Managed Design uses a technical support request ticketing system to streamline our customers' overall experience. Tech support requests emailed to the helpdesk or called in on the phone are logged into the system, which gives our customers an easy and efficient way to moniter technical support issues.
Once a support ticket is created, customers can log in to the online support portal and open, view, or modify support requests, eliminating the need to sit on hold waiting for a technician to take their information or provide an update. Email alerts keep customers up to date on support progress. Customers can also update their account information, view open and closed tickets, and search support articles.

Managed Design offers customers a web and phone based software support contract, including access to multi-disciplined technicians and a web based ticketing system for self-tracking of issues. The support contract is FREE to all of our customers who maintain an active Autodesk Subscription agreement with us. Additional custom phone support contracts are available upon request. Please contact your sales representative or email us for additional information.
