  • How much does online training cost?
    Managed Design Online Training Courses cost $525.00 per student. This course fee entitles you to six months of access to all training modules within your selected course, 24-hour phone support, progress tracking, training exams, and the ability to review and re-take all training modules.
  • Are the training courses just videos?
    No! Online training programs from Managed Design are interactive. Programs include step by step instructions, tutorials, tips & tricks, videos, and hands-on demonstrations complete with sample files to use with your copy of the software or a free trial copy available from Autodesk (contact us for trial details).
  • What are the system requirements to run the training?
    You will need a computer that is connected to the internet running Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. Also, to follow the hands-on demonstrations you will need to install a copy of the software you are training on; free trials are available on from Autodesk (contact us for trial details).
  • Who do I go to for technical support?
    If you have a problem accessing your online training courses you can contact Managed Design at 952-564-3430 or email technical support at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . If you have a question regarding the content of the course you may call our 24-hour support line (provided within your training course).
  • How long can I access the training?
    You may access the class you have purchased for six months after payment for class. This allows you to access material while working with the software, review information before taking a more advanced course, or prepare for Autodesk Certification Exams.
  • How do I obtain a user login and password?
    To obtain a login and password you must select and purchase an online training course offered by Managed Design.   • What payment options are available?
    We accept payment by check or credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express). Prepayment is required to access the training, so please allow three to four business days if mailing a check.
  • Are course fees refundable?
    Classes are refundable prior to logging in to the training page. Once a student has logged in to their training course transactions are final and non-refundable.
  • How do I obtain proof of training?
    Once you have completed your course materials and taken the exams provided within the training Managed Design will provide you with a certificate of completion upon request.
